What we collect

When you write, we receive your name, email address, and message. The message may include a property address and whether you want to buy or sell.

Why we use it

We use it to reply, decide whether to buy a property or sell a holding, agree a price, and arrange a viewing or solicitors. We do not sell these details.

How long we keep it

We keep the emails while the deal is open and for a follow-up about that property. You can ask us to delete an older message at info@shiv-om.online.

Who else sees it

A solicitor on the transfer sees the names and the property address they need to complete it. We do not pass your note to other buyers for their own marketing.

A correction

Email info@shiv-om.online if you want a copy of what we hold from your messages, or if a property address should be corrected.
